Online Return Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please get in touch as soon as you receive the item. We will do our best to help you. You may request a replacement of items or a refund within 14 days following the delivery of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are paid by customer.
All of our vintage goods and underwear are final sale.
You must return the items in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
Faulty items will be replaced with the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability.
Please email us at email@example.com to inform us that you are returning goods to us. Please write RETURN and your order number in the email title.
Also, let us know:
• What item you are returning
• The reason you are returning the goods
• Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund
Note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
*Please note that this return address is only when using “Posten”. If you are returning your parcel using PostNord or any other postal service, please contact us.
It is important that you remember to write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package and return label for two reasons:
• To ensure a faster dispatch
• To avoid custom duties and other applicable taxes being added
Any customs or VAT related costs due to incorrectly marked return package will be charged back to you.
Please do not include the invoice from STUDIOBAZAR in the return shipment.
If requested by shipping company, set value to USD 10.
Please make sure the item is unused and securely wrapped before returning.
